Gabe Marabella serves as Chief Investment Officer of AKA and brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and strategic growth. Since joining Korman Communities in 2011, he has played a key leadership role in the expansion of both the AKA and AVE brands and currently leads the firm's New York City office.
Throughout his tenure, Gabe has helped drive the execution of more than $8 billion in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions. His leadership has contributed to the growth and diversification of the portfolio across major markets in the United States and London. AKA is well-positioned to continue its domestic and international expansion as the world's only luxury serviced residence brand.
Prior to joining Korman Communities, Gabe held positions within the Real Estate Groups at Citizens Bank and Merrill Lynch, where he developed expertise in real estate finance, underwriting, and capital markets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
