Jackson Korman serves as Managing Director of Korman Investments, where he focuses on new acquisitions and current portfolio operations and financings across all of Korman's platforms since joining in 2020. Since joining, Jackson has worked on more than $5 billion in transaction volume across acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinances. During this time, Korman has entered new markets including Tampa, Santa Clara, Dallas, Boston, and Denver. Prior to KCI, Jackson was on the Acquisitions team at Bluerock Real Estate in New York and, before that, on Freddie Mac's Capital Markets team in Washington, D.C. Jackson received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 2017.
