Ryan Dougherty has been with Korman Communities for over a decade and has played an integral role in both the AVE and AKA brands throughout his tenure. He serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial strategy and performance across financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, tax, treasury, financial reporting, operations finance, as well as partner and lender relations.
Prior to joining Korman Communities, Ryan was a member of the audit and accounting team at Kreischer Miller. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
