Lea Anne Welsh

Lea Anne Welsh currently serves a dual role as Chief Operating Officer of Korman Communities and President of AVE. Lea Anne oversees operations, sales, and marketing for AVE properties, with additional locations in the works.

Lea Anne celebrated her 27^th anniversary with Korman Communities this year. She has held every service, sales, and management position within the organization since she started in 1992. Her dedication and passion to the mission, values, and partners of Korman Communities has been the driving force behind the success of the AVE brand since its formation in the mid-2000s.
