Steven Korman founded the current Korman Communities from the business his grandfather built in 1919, and has always been an innovator in the residential space. As his sons, Larry, Brad, and Mark entered the business, they have each brought their own expertise and innovations to the company, making it a vibrant real estate company with a growing scope. Korman leaders have the experience and proven track record to manage all aspects of the business cycle.
Steven Korman has spent the past 60 years in the real estate industry and has revolutionized the multifamily sector. He pioneered the furnished suite concept over fifty years ago. Steven's dedication to community, family, and innovation laid a strong foundation for the company's continued growth. In 1995, with Korman Communities, Steven started a new direction for the family company.
